Job Description

As a candidate for the role, you need to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Customer centric skills, communication skills, analytical skills, result-driven approach, and collaborative skills are essential for this role. - Should be a CA/ICWA candidate or a Post Graduate with a minimum educational qualification like MBA/MCom. - Must have 8-10+ years of experience in SAP FI and CO with S4Hana version 1809 and above. Additional experience in FSCM and Funds Management is advantageous. - Experience in at least 2 Implementation or support projects on S4 Hana version 1809 and above, with expertise in Product costing and COPA in the Controlling module. - Should have a minimum of 4 end-to-end Implementations and Support experience. - Basic knowledge in SAP Finance (S4 Hana) submodules- GL, AR, AP & Assets. - Proficiency in Month-end closing activities, Validations, Substitutions & Reporting in SAP Finance. - Hands-on experience in Overheads Cost Controlling, Product costing, COPA Planning, Settlement, Profitability analysis, and Month-end closing process in SAP Controlling. - Integration experience between FICO and other core modules like MM/SD/PP/PS. - Strong Domain experience in Finance and leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years in a team lead role. - SAP Certification is preferred along with good Business process understanding and knowledge of SAP Best practices. - Ability to design and configure business scenarios, provide solutions, and develop functional specifications for new developments/change requests. - Proficient in User exits, BAPI, and uploading tools like LSMW, BDC & LTMC. - Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of tickets, analyzing issues, providing estimates, and resolving issues based on SLA. - Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues and be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Business Travel: Project-specific traveling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants.
