Senior FICO Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Financials with a focus on FICO Controlling, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment, and settlement. Your role will also involve discussing the functionality, features, benefits, and impact of Accounting CO and Product Costing PC with clients, business, technical counterparts, and project management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage revenue recognition processes, including identifying contracts, performance obligations, allocating transaction prices, managing fulfillment of obligations, and making revenue postings. - Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives to develop necessary product modifications. - Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules, identifying gaps, issues, and providing work around solutions. - Document functional designs, test cases, and results. - Collaborate with other modules like Sales Distribution, Production, and Materials Management for integration. - Utilize excellent knowledge and experience in SAP CO, including Material Ledger and CO-PA, along with related authorization concepts. - Possess a good understanding of SAP FICO modules and ABAP development knowledge (debug and simple code creation). - Maintain excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year experience in Revenue Accounting and Reporting. - Business background in financial accounting. - Good understanding of SAP FICO modules and integration points. - ABAP development knowledge is an advantage. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.,
