Key Responsibilities: Trial Mix Support: Support the trial mix for research and development purposes. Conduct weighing, flow/slump testing, cleaning of mixing tools, water permeability tests, rheology, RCPT, wash-out, etc. Application Technician Support: Assist the application technician in physical parameter testing of competitor samples and raw materials. Housekeeping and Safety: Oversee the housekeeping of the acid, alkali cabinet, raw material storage, application, and lab areas. Maintain safety showers, eye wash stations, and fire hydrant water levels. Assist in the maintenance of the outdoor premises and main lab areas, including organizing aggregates and cementitious materials. Calibration and Equipment Maintenance: Support the supervisor in the calibration of equipment. Assist in the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and other equipment (e.g., DG operation, UPS, siren, ACs, lights). Vendor and Environmental Support: Provide support to third-party vendors for maintenance of major equipment (e.g., DG, UPS, fire safety equipment). Assist with third-party environmental testing. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth functioning of the R&D premises. Assist in MSEB, MTNL, TTC, and other work as required.
