Job Summary: APLUSA Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant with 3 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP PS implementation, configuration, and support, along with domain expertise in project management, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or other relevant industries. This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end project life cycles, cost control, and resource management within the SAP ecosystem. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient project solutions and ensure business continuity. Key Responsibilities: SAP PS Implementation & Support: Design, configure, and implement SAP Project Systems (PS) modules according to business requirements. Handle project structures (WBS, Networks, Milestones) and project budgeting, planning, and monitoring. Manage cost planning, actual cost reporting, progress tracking, and settlement processes. Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, and PM. Business Process Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP PS solutions. Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and deliver innovative solutions. Ensure accurate documentation of functional and technical specifications. Project Management: Support project execution through lifecycle stages, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Assist in project reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking. Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to project timelines. Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Core SAP PS Skills: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS module, including configuration, implementation, and support. Strong knowledge of project structures (WBS, Network activities, milestones), cost planning, and project reporting. Experience with project budgeting, revenue recognition, and settlement. Integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM modules. Domain Experience: Mandatory: Minimum of 2-3 years of domain experience in project-oriented industries such as engineering, construction, manufacturing, or professional services. Deep understanding of project management principles, cost control, and resource planning. Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PS customization, user exits, and enhancement frameworks. Ability to create functional specifications for ABAP developments. Experience with SAP Fiori apps and reporting tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
