You should have strong expertise in SAP FICO with 6 to 12 years of experience. Customer-centric, communication, analytical, result-driven, and collaborative skills are crucial for success in this role. Ideally, you should be a CA/ICWA candidate, or alternatively hold a Post Graduate degree like MBA/MCom. Your experience should include 8-11 years in SAP FI and CO with S4Hana version 1809 and above.
