About the Role

Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Managing employee lifecycle: joining formalities, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
Handling payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Designing and executing employee engagement activities.
Assisting in performance management and appraisal cycles.
Maintaining HR policies, processes, and employee records.
Addressing employee grievances and ensuring a healthy work environment.
Supporting training & development initiatives.
Collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of proven HR experience (generalist or specialist roles).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with recruitment and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
