Job Description

As an HR professional in this role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture - Analyzing employee engagement survey results, tracking action plans, and coordinating efforts accordingly - Organizing team-building activities and engagement events to boost morale - Improving internal communication through focus group discussions (FGDs) and HR Connects - Supporting performance management processes such as goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews - Assisting in talent management activities like conducting Talent Councils and mapping employee data - Identifying training needs through employee development plans and facilitating effective learning and development (L&D) programs - Collaborating with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning experiences - Assisting in managing HRMS and analyzing employee data - Generating reports and dashboards to gain insights into workforce trends and employee satisfaction The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels - A strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Highly enthusiastic and energetic personality - Proactive and results-driven mindset,
