Role Overview:

      The Senior Executive – HR will be responsible for managing and implementing key HR functions

including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning &

development, and compliance. The role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal

skills, capable of driving HR strategies aligned with organizational goals while ensuring a positive

employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

· End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

· Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

· Manage job postings across portals, social media, and internal references.

· Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.

· Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

· Plan and execute employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.

· Conduct regular employee feedback sessions, stay interviews, and grievance redressal.

· Foster a positive work environment by implementing policies that enhance employee morale and retention.

· Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related concerns.

3. Performance Management

· Support in designing and implementing the performance appraisal process.

· Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, KPIs, and performance feedback.

· Track probation confirmations, promotions, and increments.

4. Learning & Development

· Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.

· Coordinate internal/external training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives.

· Maintain training calendars and records for compliance and development tracking.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

· Maintain and update employee records.

· Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

· Draft and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.

6. Exit Management

· Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

· Manage full & final settlements and ensure proper knowledge transfer.

· Provide insights to management for reducing employee turnover.


Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, generalist, or HR operations).

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
