Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive Human Resources at a company located in Moradabad, your main responsibility will be to manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and ensure efficient HR management. Your daily tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Managing HR operations - Developing and implementing HR policies - Overseeing employee relations - Ensuring efficient HR management - Recruiting and onboarding - Employee engagement - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies - Drafting training records - Coordinating training activities with the team - Managing plant administration - Handling hazardous waste disposal records - Managing canteen operations - Recording in/out punching activities - Grievance handling of workers - Formation of legal committee records - Drafting training records as per Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources - Graduate or post-graduate degree - Expertise in employee relations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: Export house experience is preferred for this position.,
