To continue this transformation, we’re seeking an experienced cloud engineer with expertise in the daily operation, strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in the cloud. The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-based tech, with a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient. Extensive knowledge of cloud maintenance, experience managing workloads, and advanced industry knowledge is key to keeping us on the cutting edge. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Public Cloud. You will partner with business IT teams to manage daily operations and execute projects and provide support. You need to develop strong business relationships, provide excellent customer services, and communicate appropriately across multiple levels within the organization.




Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Executive to manage our organization’s complete Corporate Travel & Events portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing air travel, hotels, cabs, forex, MICE & events, along with overseeing our Travel Technology platform, expense portal, partnerships, and card programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong vendor management, negotiation, and process optimization skills to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and exceptional traveller experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Travel Management
  • Oversee domestic and international air travel bookings through Travel Management Companies,
  • ensuring a smooth and hassle-free traveller experience.
  • Handle hotel, cab, and ground transport arrangements through approved partners.
  • Monitor travel policy adherence and track exceptions.
  • Drive cost optimization through analysis and strategic negotiations.
  • Travel Technology Platform
  • Administer and enhance the corporate travel booking platform for usability, compliance, and adoption.
  • Work with tech teams and vendors to resolve issues, enable new features, and optimize workflows.
  • Drive digital adoption and process automation to improve traveller convenience.
  • Partnerships & Contracts
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with airlines, hotels, cab providers, forex vendors, and event agencies.
  • Build strong partnerships with TMCs (Travel Management Companies), banks, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Monitor SLAs, vendor performance, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • MICE & Events
  • Plan and execute conferences, offsites, incentive programs, and corporate events.
  • Ensure cost-effective vendor management while maintaining service quality and branding standards.
  • Coordinate logistics, budgeting, and execution end-to-end.
  • Expense & Payment Solutions
  • Oversee and manage the expense portal for official claims.
  • Ensure timely claim settlements and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Forex & Card Partnerships
  • Manage corporate forex requirements for international travellers on the technology platform
  • Drive partnerships with card issuers for corporate and business travel cards.
  • Ensure smooth operations, cost benefits, and policy adherence.
  • Governance & Reporting
  • Publish periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and spend analytics.
  • Track cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Support internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, travel tech platforms, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation, partnership, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across internal functions and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and expense management tools.
  • High attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or Business Administration).
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate travel, events, and travel tech platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in managing airlines, hotels, cabs, forex, and card programs.
  • Exposure to digital travel tools / expense portals is strongly preferred.
