Location: Gurgaon / Düsseldorf - Germany (Full-Time; On-Site)Reports to: Head of Operations & Digital Position Overview The Senior Enterprise Architect will play a mission-critical role in driving the digital transformation of a global sourcing business. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, data-powered technology solutions that optimize core business operations—particularly in sourcing, merchandising, and supply chain. The position requires a strategic thinker with deep technical acumen, proven experience in enterprise architecture, and a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Transformation & Solution ArchitectureDefines and leads the execution of the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.Designs enterprise-grade, scalable technology solutions focused on predictive analytics, supply chain agility, and operational optimization.Champions the use of digital platforms across business units, driving alignment between business needs and technology capabilities. 2. Business Alignment & Change LeadershipCollaborates with department heads and executive stakeholders to identify operational challenges and co-create technology-driven solutions.Leads transformational initiatives to modernize business processes and improve cross-functional agility.Drives organizational change management to support adoption of new digital tools and systems. 3. Data Architecture & Analytics IntegrationArchitects modern data ecosystems and AI/ML pipelines to enable real-time insights into inventory management, demand forecasting, and trend analysis.Leverages multiple data sources—including POS, sales performance, and social media trends—to support strategic decision-making.Ensures the seamless integration of predictive analytics into operational workflows and performance dashboards. 4. Technology Enablement & Cross-Functional CollaborationActs as a strategic bridge between the technology team and core business functions such as sourcing and merchandising.Oversees development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and business intelligence tools.Sets standards for system integration, cloud infrastructure, and data security to ensure scalable and sustainable implementation. 5. Innovation & Continuous ImprovementMonitors industry trends and evaluates emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.Implements automation and AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual tasks and improve responsiveness.Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation across the technology landscape. Candidate Profile EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field is required.Master’s degree or certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure) are preferred. Experience7–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and large-scale technology program delivery.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional digital initiatives in fast-paced, global environments.Strong hands-on expertise in cloud technologies, data architecture, and AI/ML-based systems. Technical ExpertiseProficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise integration, and modern architecture frameworks.Skilled in data and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Deep understanding of automation, predictive analytics, and secure system design. Leadership & CommunicationStrong leadership capabilities with experience managing agile project teams and cross-functional stakeholder groups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into business-aligned strategies.Proven ability to influence global teams and drive enterprise-wide change. Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel frequently to the organization’s European headquarters and other locations as needed.
