Position Overview The Senior Enterprise Architect will play a mission-critical role in driving the digital transformation of a global sourcing business This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, data-powered technology solutions that optimize core business operationsparticularly in sourcing, merchandising, and supply chain The position requires a strategic thinker with deep technical acumen, proven experience in enterprise architecture, and a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation & Solution Architecture Defines and leads the execution of the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives. Designs enterprise-grade, scalable technology solutions focused on predictive analytics, supply chain agility, and operational optimization. Champions the use of digital platforms across business units, driving alignment between business needs and technology capabilities. Business Alignment & Change Leadership Collaborates with department heads and executive stakeholders to identify operational challenges and co-create technology-driven solutions. Leads transformational initiatives to modernize business processes and improve cross-functional agility. Drives organizational change management to support adoption of new digital tools and systems. Data Architecture & Analytics Integration Architects modern data ecosystems and AI/ML pipelines to enable real-time insights into inventory management, demand forecasting, and trend analysis. Leverages multiple data sourcesincluding POS, sales performance, and social media trendsto support strategic decision-making. Ensures the seamless integration of predictive analytics into operational workflows and performance dashboards. Technology Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration Acts as a strategic bridge between the technology team and core business functions such as sourcing and merchandising. Oversees development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and business intelligence tools. Sets standards for system integration, cloud infrastructure, and data security to ensure scalable and sustainable implementation. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Monitors industry trends and evaluates emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Implements automation and AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual tasks and improve responsiveness. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation across the technology landscape. Candidate Profile Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field is required. Masters degree or certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure) are preferred. Experience 710 years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and large-scale technology program delivery. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional digital initiatives in fast-paced, global environments. Strong hands-on expertise in cloud technologies, data architecture, and AI/ML-based systems. Technical Expertise Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise integration, and modern architecture frameworks. Skilled in data and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Deep understanding of automation, predictive analytics, and secure system design. Leadership & Communication Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing agile project teams and cross-functional stakeholder groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into business-aligned strategies. Proven ability to influence global teams and drive enterprise-wide change. Additional Requirements Willingness to travel frequently to the organizations European headquarters and other locations as needed.
