Be a technical influencer You will provide technical advisory services and technical design and consultancy to key decision makers. This will influence your customers business strategies and maximize the value they receive. You will be the lead on cutting edge and emerging technologies. Sharing expertise from the wider market and across the organization. As an Enterprise Architect Senior, you will be responsible for: Defining and executing a technical strategy for customers business-critical web apps to enhance Akamai investment returns. Focusing on improving performance, security, and reliability of Akamai services to support customer business goals. Designing and evaluating web application architecture on Akamai Connected Cloud using core and edge compute capabilities. Providing technical leadership and guidance to peers and customers on best practices and latest technology trends. Partnering with Product Management and R&D teams to shape Akamais future product direction and strategy. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Hold a bachelors degree and possess significant experience delivering technical products or services to customers. Demonstrate extensive expertise with web applications, content delivery, performance, network protocols, cloud, or cloud-native stacks. Possess the skills to be an effective technical consultant and build lasting, strategic customer relationships. Have demonstrated hands-on experience resolving complex technical challenges Be comfortable with software development paradigms and have solid work experience with at least one mainstream programming language Be able to successfully navigate through a technical problem with a DevOps mindset Be able to analyze data, provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English to articulate technical information
