Partner with the best As a Strategy Operations Analyst, youll support initiatives driving alignment, operational excellence, and IT program success. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the IT operating model. Your role promotes visibility, supports initiatives, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. As a Strategy Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for: Supporting cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations Collaborating across levels, clearly communicating status, risks, and insights with critical thinking Developing detailed plans and drive team accountability with proactive problem-solving Analyzing workflows and operations to recommend creative improvements for efficiency and collaboration Analyzing and interpret complex data, identify patterns, and communicate insights in a clear and actionable manner Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in business management or its equivalent Have professional experience as a Strategy Operations Analyst, Program Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant Be highly curious with ability to learn quickly and desire to learn Have excellent analytical, problem solving, polished communication skills Have experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Google workspace) Demonstrate ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Work in a way that works for you Learn what makes Akamai a great place to work Connect with us on social and see what life at Akamai is like!
