Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for Cloud Observability , with ownership across Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Alerting for Metrics and Logs . This role is a mix of growth and build , ideal for someone who thrives on both scaling mature products and launching new ones from scratch. Partner with the best You ll drive business outcomes, craft product strategy, and deliver solutions that serve all Akamai IaaS and PaaS customers . From shaping GTM and revenue plans to defining MVPs and building new capabilities, you ll play a central role in shaping the future of our observability portfolio . As a Product Manager Senior, you will be responsible for: Own the end-to-end product strategy for Alerts components of Akamai Observability Build alerting capabilities for metrics and logs from the ground up, with a clear monetization path Scale RUM through revenue growth, GTM execution, and customer adoption Track and optimize the entire pipeline from demand generation to conversion Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver and scale solutions Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to inform product decisions Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: 6+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in Observability (Monitoring, Logging, RUM, or Alerting) Proven ability to grow product lines and take new products from 0 to 1 Experience leading GTM strategies and tracking end-to-end customer pipelines Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric mindset Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills Build your career at Akamai Our ability to shape digital life today relies on developing exceptional people like you.
