Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Drive Executive, you will be responsible for the accurate recording, verification, and
reporting of key operational metrics, including production quantities, wastage, sales, and inventory, at
the site level. This role requires coordination with site personnel, reporting to the Drive team, and
ensuring data integrity for each service period (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Supper).
Work Environment
• Perform real-time data collection and reporting to the base office.
Key Performance Expectations
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
. Accuracy and completeness of recorded data.
. Timeliness and quality of daily reports submitted.
. Effective communication and coordination with site person and the Drive team.
• Minimizing discrepancies in operational metrics.
Job responsibilities for the position of Drive Executive:
1. Data Recording: Accurately document production quantities, wastage, sales counts, and
inventory for each service (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Supper).
2. Inventory Tracking: Maintain opening and closing stock records for MRP items, top 20
items, and other specified categories.
3. Verification and Sign-Offs: Ensure data accuracy by obtaining sign-offs from responsible
person for all recorded metrics.
4. Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on production, wastage, sales, and
inventory to the base office.
5. Compliance: Follow company policies and ensure all operational data is accurate and
complete.
6. Coordination: Collaborate with site person and the Drive team to ensure smooth
operations.
7. Real-Time Updates: Address and report any anomalies or issues during site operations.
