Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Management : Generate leads to identify potential clients in industrial and government sectors. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and ensure the weekly target delivery as per the assigned budget. Effectively communicate the features, advantages, benefits (FAB) , address frequently asked questions (FAQs), and handle common objections related to our tanks. Develop strategies for generating high-quality leads and ensuring a steady pipeline. Client Engagement & Solution Presentation : Conduct detailed techno-commercial presentations for prospects, highlighting the unique selling points (USPs) and value propositions of our tanks. Understand client needs and demonstrate how our tanks can meet or exceed their requirements, emphasizing their superiority over alternate technologies and brands. Maintain active communication with clients throughout the pre-sales process, ensuring their questions and objections are addressed effectively. Sales Funnel Management : Progress prospects through each stage of the sales funnel, from lead qualification to closing deals. Handle objections, clarify technical and commercial queries, and address client concerns at every step. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to closing deals. Negotiation & Order Closing : Negotiate contracts with clients to secure orders, ensuring the deal terms are favorable to both the company and the client. Ensure margins and payment expectations are delivered according to company policy. Finalize sales agreements, ensuring all client requirements are met while aligning with company policies. Post-Sales Support & Relationship Management : Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-sale to ensure successful delivery and installation of tanks. Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of any post-sale issues. Address any after-sales service requests or client complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Follow up on payment collections as per agreed terms. Reporting & Performance Tracking : Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales performance, lead conversion, client engagement, and revenue generation on a weekly and monthly basis. Track sales funnel metrics and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Report on post-sales activities, including customer satisfaction, service follow-ups, and any ongoing client needs. Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Continuously monitor the market landscape to stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and client needs. Provide insights to the management on market conditions, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. Promotional Activities & Industry Engagement : Actively participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate new leads. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional strategies that align with sales objectives and client needs. Preferred candidate profile FUNCTIONAL B2B/ industrial/ project sales experience- 4-8 years. Customer management & distributor Management Willing to travel at least 15 days in a month. BEHAVIOURAL Quick learner Aggressive Result oriented with strong negotiation skills People management skills & iIndependent with decision-making & problem solving ability.
