Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader Operations to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be based in India.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience working in an international setting is preferred.
