Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in an international setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO/Call Centre operations and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in BPO/Call Centre operations, preferably as a Team Leader.
  • Strong knowledge of international operations and processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve high performance levels.
