Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• The Process Coordinator will be responsible for identifying; creating, updating and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness through streamline the process to be followed.

• You will be in line with Management for leading and implementing all major process, using data/analytics and best practices to drive decisions and evaluate success.

• Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure all process completed within stipulated time.

Key Activities:

Coordination and collaboration with Inter department for process completion
To intimate employees if any process updation received from Management.
Maintain all data in Google sheets and update the sheets as and when required
Contributing to the flow of the work in STLPL
Following up to get things done in time by the team
Identify blockages, issues and escalating them

• Acting as the point of contact between the Management and Inter department. In this capacity, handling correspondence directed by Reporting Manager and coordinates various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary.

Key Competencies Required:

1. Functional

• Basic knowledge of Advanced Excel.

2. Behavioural:

• Fast Approach

• Good in Follow-ups

• Interpersonal Skill
