Job Summary
Responsible for designing and developing the safety strategy for the organization
Key Accountabilities
Duty Statements
Planning & Implementation
- Develop safety related training programs for site offices
- Responsible for designing and developing safety manuals
- Manage inspection of equipments like cranes, excavators, generators etc
- Manage inspection of power tools like grinders, gas cutters etc
- Manage inspection of hand tools like hammers, hack saws etc
- Verify tracks and maintains records of third party certification of equipments and operators
- Communicate about accidents, hazards and critical observations to employees
- Assess accident trends and keeps records of injuries and dangers.
- Identify hazards at work place
- Design risk control measures
- Carry out safety audits for sites
- Report on safety performance and takes action for continuous improvement compliance of all safety aspects.
- Identify best practices among all sites and informs all sites about those practices
