Job Title
Senior EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise and monitor civil, finishing, and MEP activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The role involves extensive coordination with architects, consultants, vendors, and client teams, with a focus on documentation, safety, quality, and billing.
About the Role:
- Supervise and Monitor all Civil & Finishing activities at site to ensure adherence to design, specifications and timelines.
- Monitor execution MEP activities like Electrical, HVAC, FF, plumbing works as per drawings.
- Shall have knowledge of IS codes related to Construction and Billing.
- Prepare project schedule in coordination with multiple stakeholders and track the same for delay/variance.
- Understand the challenges involved in Project execution and ability to resolve bottle necks for smooth coordination of project.
Technical & Virtual Coordination
- Coordination with Architect, Client Team, Structural Consultant & Vendors.
- Ensuring proper documentation records
- Addressing queries/approvals directly with Vendors & Structural Consultant at site.
- Covering all work zones requiring extensive presence.
- Attending joint online meetings with Architect, Client Team, Vendors & Stakeholders
- Conducting joint meetings with Architect, Client Team, Vendors & Stakeholders at site.
- Preparing and circulating MOM
- Reviewing structural drawings for core cutting and foundation works.
- Ensuring no structural damage to the building during execution
Safety & Quality Review
- Ensuring safety compliance, quality checks, and risk assessment during site monitoring.
- Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
- Sharing reports with Architect, Client Team, Vendors & Stakeholders.
- Suggesting site-specific solutions/ideas for better execution
- Conducting JMS with different vendors in the last week of every month.
- Tracking project progress by following and updating the project schedule regularly.
Billing & Certification
- Preparing RA Bills based on JMS.
- Releasing Certificates of Payment (COPs) for the same.
- Validating Rates for NT Items.
About You
- B.E/B TECH Civil Engineering
- Experience required – 5-7 years in Real Estate/Contracting/Consulting firms. Candidate with work experience in Interiors/Finishing works preferred.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office & Auto Cad
