About the Role: We are looking for a high-impact Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to design, build, and scale our partner ecosystem from the ground up. This role will focus heavily on recruiting high-value partners, accelerating their onboarding, and ensuring they become revenue- generating contributors quickly and consistently. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to create a repeatable system for partner success—from first contact to first deal and beyond. This is a remote position open for Bangalore, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. Key Responsibilities: Partner Recruitment and Strategy ● Develop and execute a clear partner acquisition strategy targeting system integrators (SI), value-added resellers (VARs), consultants, and technological and platform partners. ● Identify, evaluate, and sign partners who align with our business model and customer base. ● Own the full partner lifecycle—from initial outreach to contract execution. ● Be responsible for ARR/revenue generation targets and play a key role in developing the commercial partnerships strategy. Onboarding and Enablement ● Design and implement a scalable partner onboarding program that shortens time-to- value. ● Create enablement materials (playbooks, battle cards, training sessions) that empower partners to sell and support effectively. ● Run certification programs to ensure partners meet technical and sales readiness benchmarks. Activation and Productivity ● Set clear activation milestones and success KPIs for new partners. ● Monitor partner engagement, pipeline contribution, and performance to ensure early and sustained productivity. ● Collaborate with sales and marketing to generate co-selling and co-marketing initiatives that drive partner-led deals. Program Management ● Build and manage a formal partner program with defined tiers, benefits, and expectations. ● Implement tools and dashboards (e.g., PRM systems) to track partner activities, performance, and pipeline. ● Regularly refine processes to drive scalability and partner satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align internal teams with partner objectives. ● Act as the voice of the partner internally to help shape product strategy and go-to-market alignment. Requirements and Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. Preferably an MBA, with 10-14 years experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or channel programs in SaaS or AI technology companies. ● Proven success recruiting and activating partner networks that drive measurable revenue/ARR growth. ● Deep experience designing and leading structured onboarding and enablement programs. ● Strong operational skills with experience using PRM, CRM, and reporting tools. ● Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. ● Data-driven and execution-focused mindset ● Background in AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems. ● Experience launching or scaling global partner programs.
