Agentic AI is right now the hottest technology in enterprise IT and this is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization innovating at a rapid pace with a leading B2B SaaS Agentic AIAutomation and Orchestration platform. This is a remote position open for Bangalore, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. Key Responsibilities: ● Plan and strategize for demand generation campaigns using paid digital marketing/performance marketing channels to increase awareness of the OneReach.AI brand and drive lead generation. ● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms to measure performance and RoI on spend across LinkedIn, Google Display Network (GDN), Good Search Network (GSN) and other platforms. ● Analyse campaign outcomes, undertake regular performance reporting, and derive meaningful insights from digital marketing campaign outcomes to identify potential areas for improvement ● Execute A/B testing and use intent/ABM tools data to figure out the ingredients for high performing paid digital marketing campaigns for OneReach.AI’s target market and audience. ● Own, optimize and improve conversion rates across all digital marketing channels. ● Drive registrations and attendees for virtual events (e.g., webinars). ● Undertake quick experimentation and iterate faster to identify an optimal mix for digital marketing campaigns. ● Drive growth in OneReach.AI’s LinkedIn and social media presence. Requirements ; Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field, with at least five years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS organization. ● At least five years of experience running demand/lead generation campaigns across paid digital marketing/performance marketing channels for large- and medium-sized enterprises, ideally across the US, Western Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. ● Good understanding of paid digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics. Capability ofbuilding and executing comprehensive campaign strategies to drive SQL and ARR/revenue growth. ● Analytical skills to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms for measuring outcomes against KPIs. ● Excellent communication and project management skills. ● Self starter who can experiment and iterate fast for new initiatives.
