Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Chandigarh. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating Paid marketing, SEO, web content, lead generation and analyzing web performance. Daily tasks include content creation, market research, campaign management, and performance tracking to enhance online presence and engagement.


Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize all ongoing paid digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, and YouTube promotions.
  2. Handle social media platforms end-to-end including daily content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics reporting.
  3. Create, monitor, and report performance metrics for all digital platforms, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  4. Coordinate with the creative team for the design and execution of high-performing social media and ad creatives.
  5. Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to optimize website content for higher visibility and improved search rankings.
  6. Maintain and regularly update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and alignment with campaigns.
  7. Work closely with the web development team to execute landing page optimizations and performance enhancements.
  8. Manage lead generation campaigns through paid media channels and analyze cost-per-lead performance.
  9. Set up and manage remarketing and conversion tracking tools including Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  10. Monitor trends in digital marketing tools, channels, and strategies and implement them appropriately.
  11. Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management and A/B testing.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategy with ongoing marketing campaigns and events.
  13. Run competitor analysis and share monthly performance insights against market benchmarks.
  14. Create performance dashboards and detailed monthly reporting for all digital assets and ad campaigns.
  15. Ensure alignment of messaging and visuals with brand tone and communication guidelines.
  16. Identify potential new digital marketing platforms or strategies and make data-backed recommendations.
  17. Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates across Google and Meta platforms.
  18. Respond to online reviews, queries, or feedback on digital platforms in collaboration with the student services team.
  19. Ensure digital marketing strategies align with company goals and contribute to lead and conversion targets.


Qualifications

  • Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills
  • Excellent Communication and Web Content Writing skills
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in SEO, Paid marketing, Meta ads, Google ads and Lead generation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
