Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Position: Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Trivandrum Industry: Fintech platforms & solutions

ECS Fin is looking for a creative, data-driven, and globally oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive for our digital initiatives across global markets including the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC. This role will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing strategies to elevate brand presence, drive qualified traffic, and generate enterprise-level leads for our core fintech platforms & solutions.

You will be a core member of our growth strategy, working closely with product, sales, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
    Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans aligned with company goals.
    Identify target segments in corporate/fintech verticals and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
    Strategize and manage B2B marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, display ads, and paid social.
    Create and optimize lead generation funnels, marketing automation workflows, and nurture sequences.
    Run performance campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to maximize lead quality and ROI.
    Optimize website UX, conversion paths, and ensure SEO best practices across content.
    Monitor and improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, MQLs, bounce rate, etc.) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact digital content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.).
    Manage and grow ECS Fin’s online presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
    Track digital trends, markets, tools, and recommend improvements to stay ahead of the curve.
Experience
    3–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B software, fintech, or enterprise solutions.
    Strong exposure to international markets (especially US, UK, Europe, UAE, Malaysia) and global campaign execution.
    Experience in corporate-level lead generation, not limited to local SEO or small business promotion.
    Demonstrated ability to design and execute digital strategies that impact the enterprise sales pipeline.
Preferred Skills
    Solid grasp of SEO (technical + content), SEM/PPC, social media (especially LinkedIn for B2B), and display ads.
    Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
    Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integration (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
    Content marketing capabilities – ability to drive messaging for fintech audiences through thought leadership content.
    Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy and action.
    Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for positioning technical solutions for business stakeholders.
