Role Overview

Zykrr is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-centric Senior Data Analyst to join our Insights & Experience team. This role focuses on transforming quantitative and qualitative survey data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in customer experience. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in VoC/CX analytics, strong storytelling abilities, and hands-on experience with survey design, dashboard configuration, and implementation of CX programs on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured survey data to identify trends, sentiment, and key customer pain points.

• Review verbatim responses and derive themes through both manual and automated analytical methods.

• Design, deploy, and manage surveys across CX programs, ensuring research rigor and data quality.

Zykrr platform

• Develop and deliver compelling PowerPoint insights presentations with clear strategic recommendations.

• Present insights to clients and internal leadership in a consultative and persuasive manner.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CX, and Customer Success teams to translate insights into business narratives.

• Uphold strong data governance standards through thorough cleaning, validation, and quality control processes.

• Apply statistical techniques such as regression, segmentation, or factor analysis to elevate insights.

• Continuously explore innovation in tools, frameworks, and CX measurement methodologies.

Key Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Market Research, Business Analytics, Psychology, or related fields.

• 7+ years of experience in Quantitative Research, Customer Insights, VoC, or CX analytics.

• Proficiency in survey and feedback systems (e.g., Zykrr platform, Qualtrics, Medallia, SurveyMonkey).

• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with a track record of executive-level storytelling.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities for data analysis and tabulation.

• Familiarity with open-end analysis, sentiment tagging, and experience text analytics methods.

• Basic knowledge of SPSS / R / Python for statistical modeling preferred.

• High attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to data accuracy.
