The role involves directly engaging with customers, collecting structured feedback through digital or physical tools, and ensuring accurate data capture to help our client enhance their customer experience. Key Responsibilities Approach and interact with customers at the client’s premises to collect their feedback in a polite and professional manner. Record responses using Zykrr’s digital feedback platform or survey tools. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the collected data. Educate customers on the importance of providing feedback, when required. Coordinate daily with the Zykrr project team for reporting and updates. Maintain confidentiality and uphold both Zykrr’s and the client’s brand values during interactions. Identify and escalate recurring issues or insights noticed during feedback collection. Requirements Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. Basic familiarity with smartphones or tablets (for digital feedback entry). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Prior experience in customer-facing or field roles (e.g., surveys, retail, events) will be an advantage.
