Job Title: Senior Business Manager - GTM, Revenue & Growth

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Head of Strategy

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Business Manager to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, craft and execute revenue plans, and build cross-functional teams to drive growth.The ideal candidate is experienced in driving results in digital-first environments and has a deep understanding of modern business models, with marketplace or platform-building experience being a strong plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

GTM Strategy & Execution:

· Define and execute GTM strategies across new and existing offerings.

· Identify customer segments, define positioning, and lead cross-functional alignment for rollout.

· Drive market entry and expansion with structured experimentation and validation.

Revenue Planning & Acceleration:

· Own and deliver on revenue targets with clear, actionable plans.

· Analyze market and customer data to surface new opportunities.

· Continuously optimize the revenue funnel for growth and efficiency.

Sales Enablement & Playbooks (Hands-On):

· Create detailed sales playbooks: messaging frameworks, qualification criteria, objection handling, pricing, and pitch templates.

· Train and empower sales and business development teams with effective tools and processes.

· Implement structured onboarding and performance tracking systems.

Team Building & Leadership:

· Build and lead agile, high-performing teams across sales, partnerships, and customer success

· Define org structures and hiring plans aligned to growth stages.

· Create a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.

Digital Business & Marketplace Focus:

· Apply a strong understanding of digital business models and platform dynamics.

· Experience building or scaling digital marketplaces is a strong plus.

· Leverage digital tools and automation to scale operations and GTM efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and drive execution.

· Act as a key business partner to senior leadership for strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

· 6+ years of experience in GTM, revenue, or business leadership roles.

· Demonstrated success in building and executing sales playbooks.

· Strong understanding of digital business models; marketplace/platform experience is a plus.

· Proven ability to hire, build, and lead high-performance teams.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience in startups or high-growth environments is preferred.

· MBA or equivalent degree is a bonus.
