KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic Deal Sourcing • Define and execute the sourcing strategy for retail-anchored mixed-use developments across key urban markets. • Build strong networks with brokers, landowners and developers to identify potential investment and partnership opportunities. • Monitor market trends, zoning changes, and development opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage. • Conduct weekly meetings with management to review pipeline and status of discussions. • Ensure all opportunities are updated in the CRM system and track them to closure. 2. Stakeholder Management and Relationship Development 4. PERSONAL SPECIFICATION Essential Desirable Skills • Experience in real estate developments, or land-led dealmaking preferred. • Strong market intelligence, business development orientation, and executive visibility. • Proven track record in sourcing and closing large-scale real estate deals. • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. • Deep understanding of land markets, zoning norms, and regulatory frameworks. • High mobility and willingness to travel extensively for market coverage. Technical & Tool Proficiency • MS 365 (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint etc.) • Ability to leverage tools (AI/non-AI) for research, analysis, and productivity. • Familiarity with Real estate & Market Analysis tools and CRM proficiency. • Exposure to legal documentation and transaction processes. • Strong Presentation and communication tool capability. Experience • 7+ years in real estate business development, land sourcing & acquisition, joint development, retail / multi use projects.
