Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive sales targets across assigned products/services through strategic planning and execution.

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, and referrals.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and post-sale relationship management.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management review.

Business Development & Market Expansion

Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, brokers, and strategic alliances.

Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging trends.

Propose innovative business models, campaigns, and partnerships to enhance revenue streams.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.

Align sales strategies with digital, offline, and brand marketing efforts to maximize conversions.

Support branding initiatives by providing market insights and customer feedback.

Monitor marketing ROI and conversion ratios to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering value-driven solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Address client escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Team Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, CRM, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Maintain accurate data in CRM systems including leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Track KPIs such as lead conversion, revenue achievement, customer acquisition cost, and retention rates.

Market expansion and new client acquisition

Campaign ROI and sales pipeline growth

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹470,000.00 per year
