Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients and brands for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and campaign solutions.
• Manage end-to-end business communication with clients — from prospecting to closing deals.

Talent Management:

• Oversee and manage relationships with key influencers and creators across categories.
• Negotiate brand deals, deliverables, and timelines with both clients and talents.
• Ensure smooth coordination between influencers, creative teams, and account managers.
• Mentor and guide the junior talent management and BD team.

Strategic & Operational:

• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the influencer space.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, influencer portfolio expansion, and market positioning.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and campaign performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,777.62 per month
