Business Development Manager

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on acquiring and growing accounts within advertising, marketing, and creative agencies.
• Leverage your existing agency network to build partnerships and secure new business for MAD Designs.
• Speak fluently about creative processes, campaign cycles, agency pain points, and how our design services integrate seamlessly.
• Build deep, consultative relationships with agency decision-makers (Creative Directors, Heads of Production, Account Leads).
• Represent MAD Designs as a true partner who "gets it," not just another vendor.

You Are The Perfect Fit If You:

• Have a proven track record in business development, sales, or account growth specifically within or selling to advertising/creative agencies only.

• This is non-negotiable: Your professional experience and network are primarily in the agency ecosystem

• Understand agency structures, workflows, and how to navigate them.
• Are a natural connector with a robust roster of agency contacts.
• Can articulate the value of premium design within an agency's service offering or to their clients.
