About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in the IT & ITeS (Service-Based) sector. If you are passionate about building client relationships, driving sales strategies, and closing high-value deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact.
”‘ Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise-level clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored IT/ITES solutions.
Develop and execute winning lead generation and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Demonstrate expertise in AI, BPO, KPO, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software Development solutions.
Research market trends, competitor activity, and implement refined sales approaches.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to client stakeholders.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams for smooth execution.
Track and report performance on CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
… Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management specifically in IT/ITES Service-Based companies.
Strong understanding of IT services like Cloud, Cybersecurity, SaaS, and Managed Services.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling enterprise IT solutions or dealing with Fortune clients.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media-driven lead generation.
Relevant certifications in sales/business development.
