The Senior BD will provide strategic leadership to the branch, drive high-value wealth management business, strengthen advisory delivery for HNI & UHNI clients, and build strong distribution and associationnetworks. The role demands deep wealth expertise, strong market relationships, and proven experience in managing premium client segments.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

Own the branch P&L, revenue targets, and long-term business strategy. Scale the branch’s wealth management portfolio across HNI/UHNI, and affluent customer segments. Build sustainable business pipelines through market intelligence and local ecosystem engagement.

2.HNI/UHNI Relationship Management Lead advisory engagement for HNI/UHNI clients with a focus on personalized financial planning, asset allocation, and portfolio optimization. Partner with central advisory teams to deliver premium, research- driven investment recommendations.

3.Partnerships & Association Tie-Ups

Establish and nurture association tie-ups with corporates, business owners, professional networks (CAs, CS, CFAs), and referral ecosystems. Lead branch-level strategic alliances that enhance visibility and client acquisition.

4.Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead a high-performing wealth advisory and sales team; drive productivity, upskilling, and mentoring. Build a culture of customer-centricity, high performance, and compliance integrity.

5.Operations, Governance & Risk Management

Ensure complete adherence to compliance, KYC, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines. Oversee high-quality operational processes and digital adoption across client journeys. Maintain strong governance practices with timely reporting, MIS, and control frameworks. Qualification & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related fields; certifications like NISM (preferred). 6–10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, financial planning, or fintech led advisory roles. Proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI clients and leading revenue-driven teams. Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Debt products, Taxation basics, and financial planning tools. Established network with affluent client groups, corporates, and referral partners. Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management
