Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients, banks, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong passion for sales and business development within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire small to large corporate clients for various banking and financial products

• Develop, enhance, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, CAs, and other financial institutions to generate business leads

• Source leads directly through market scanning, databases, referrals, and networking

• Achieve targeted revenue growth and increase market share.

• Convert potential leads into business opportunities through effective pitching and follow-ups.

• Negotiate terms and close mandates with prospective clients

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client mandates.

Skills :

• Strong capability in direct sourcing and client acquisition

• Basic understanding of balance sheets and financial statements

• Knowledge of secured and unsecured business loan products

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Excel

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Willingness to travel as required.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline or MBA (preferred)
