Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Pune. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing social media strategies, developing content, optimizing social media platforms, and enhancing overall online presence. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure optimal visibility and follower growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in creating and executing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the graphic design industry is a plus

✅ What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in social media strategy and execution

2. Industry preference: Aesthetics, Dermatology, Beauty, Wellness, or Lifestyle

3. Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and brand-building

4. Expertise in handling Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.

5. Good communication and copywriting skills

6. Hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns for LinkedIn & Meta

7. Data-driven mindset to track performance and constantly improve strategy

8. Updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and audience behavior
