Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Pune. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing social media strategies, developing content, optimizing social media platforms, and enhancing overall online presence. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure optimal visibility and follower growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication and Writing skills Experience in creating and executing Content Strategies Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Experience in the graphic design industry is a plus ✅ What We’re Looking For: 1.
