Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth for software and technology solutions. The role involves handling enterprise clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships, primarily catering to the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development and software sales activities
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Manage client interactions including requirement gathering, proposal discussions, and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and international clients
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
• Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting

Eligibility / Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in software sales / IT services business development
• Proven experience handling US clients / international markets
• Strong understanding of software solutions, IT services, and digital offerings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience working in US shift timings
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model
