Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Develop and implement the insurance vertical strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives, leveraging industry insights and digital transformation trends.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, including insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders, positioning the company as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.
  • Business Growth:

    Lead efforts to drive revenue through new client acquisitions and expanding business with existing accounts, ensuring a focus on

    life, health, and general insurance

    sectors.
  • Team Management:

    Manage, mentor, and grow a team of business development managers, solution architects, and account executives, ensuring alignment with vertical goals and performance targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the insurance sector, adapting the vertical’s strategy accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of the insurance industry.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • 12+years

    of experience in the

    insurance sector

    , with a strong focus on

    digital transformation, IT services

    , and

    information management solutions

    .
  • Proven experience in

    leading and managing teams

    , including hiring, training, and mentoring high-performing professionals.
  • Deep understanding of

    insurance processes, industry regulations

    client needs

    in the context of digital transformation.
  • Strong experience in

    solution-selling, business development

    , and managing corporate accounts.
  • Leadership skills
