Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in West Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include market research, sales strategy development, contract negotiation, and collaborating with multiple departments to achieve business goals. Some work from home is acceptable.

• Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Negotiation skills
• Client Relationship Management, Partnership Development, and Networking skills
• Market Research and Analysis skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
