About the Role

Business Development Managers (BDMs)

This is a high-ownership role focused on driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities in the GCC and enterprise markets.



Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    new business acquisition

    across GCC and enterprise clients through proactive outreach and networking.


  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.


  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.


  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for GCC and enterprise segments.


  • Collaborate with internal delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.


  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential clients, partnerships, and emerging business opportunities.


  • Negotiate and finalize client contracts, ensuring alignment with business and compliance standards.


  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance updates to leadership.


  • Represent Recro in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.




Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience

    in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in

    IT Staffing / Recruitment

    industry.


  • Proven track record in

    client acquisition

    and

    revenue generation

    , preferably in GCC or enterprise markets.


  • Strong understanding of staffing, outsourcing, or tech talent solutions.


  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results.


  • Comfortable with travel (domestic/international) based on business needs.
