Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions along with a solid understanding of the industry landscape and regulatory frameworks. · Willingness to travel as needed. · Work Experience in related field of more than 3 - 5 years.Educational Qualifications: · MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: ·The Manager Business Development will spearhead efforts to cultivate partnerships with both government and private entities involved in industrial activities, focusing on the supply of coal and other commodities, logistics, mining, dredging, desiltation, and project execution.· Responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in government departments such as coal, mining, railways, power, irrigation, water, and shipping. · The role entails identifying and pursuing business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. · Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory authorities, and industry associations. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and public forums. · Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues. · Coordinate with internal departments to ensure business activities align with regulatory requirements. · Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations, Facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
