As our Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll drive sales, build partnerships, and play a key role in scaling the company. You’ll be at the front lines spotting opportunities, sealing deals, and making bold moves.

Full-Time ₹45K to 50K

What You’ll Be Doing

• Find and close new business deals
• Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
• Lead vendor negotiations and get the best value for the company
• Work closely with marketing & product teams to align strategies
• Keep your eyes on the market spot trends, threats, and openings
• Represent the company with confidence and swagger
• Pitch, present, and push with data to back it all up

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years in sales, biz dev, or partnerships
• You’ve closed big deals and hit serious numbers
• Help us in expanding Stores and liaise with event organizers and secure stall placements.
• Develop and nurture relationships with event partners, vendors, and organizers.
• Strong communication and top-tier negotiation skills
• Confidence that shows up before you walk in the room
• Strategic thinker who’s not afraid to get hands dirty
• MBA Graduate
