Required Qualification:


  • Must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS), Additional qualifications like LLB, CA (Inter), or MBA(Finance/Legal) are preferred.  
  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial and legal compliance roles.
  • Proficient in handling board meetings, legal documentation, and statutory compliance tools.




  • The company secretary will Ensure the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including corporate laws, filing of returns, and maintaining legal records.
  • Organize board and committee meetings, prepare agendas, circulate meeting papers, and draft accurate minutes in line with legal and governance standards.
  • Advise the board on best practices in corporate governance, ethics, and risk management; assist in implementing internal controls and company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the board, shareholders, regulators, and external stakeholders; ensure transparent and timely communication.
