Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager, located in New Delhi. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals and presentations, negotiation and deal closure, as well as collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Expertise in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Business Proposal Preparation
• Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Negotiation, and Deal Closure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the relevant industry will be plus
• Should have good command over key influencers and decision makers
