Role Overview: Indesign by Fanusta, the specialized B2B vertical of Fanusta, is seeking a Senior B2B Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance market presence in the interior design and turnkey project domain. As the Senior B2B Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in hospitality, education, and institutional interior projects. - Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure. - Build strong relationships with architects, project management consultants, and corporate clients. - Understand client needs and propose tailored design solutions aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with the design team to create compelling pitches and proposals. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine business strategies. - Ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams for successful project execution. - Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. - Work closely with design, project execution, and leadership teams to align business growth strategies. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and business insights to management. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Management. Design scholars with a strong business acumen are preferred. - Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value projects. - Skills & Attributes: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and manage client relationships independently. Deep understanding of design principles, materials, and interior project execution.,
