Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role is based in Mumbai. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, developing strategies to grow the company's market presence, and driving sales initiatives. Everyday tasks will include developing a sales funnel and sourcing solid leads in the upper funnel, scoring creative briefs through cold and warm outreach, conducting market research, attending industry events, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts.

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
• A good understanding of Client Onboarding, Contracting and Deal Closures is a must.
