Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, negotiation, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape business decisions.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
• Mentor and support junior business development team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
