Senior Business Development Executive

As a Senior Business Development professional at Werq Labs Pvt Ltd located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for selling IT services such as Mobile App Development, Web App Development, and on-demand resourcing to both domestic and international clients. Your key duties will involve understanding and analyzing business and technical requirements from clients, negotiating with project stakeholders, and guiding email marketing teams to generate quality leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing sales reports and projections, conducting market research to identify selling opportunities, and evaluating customer needs. Your role will also include actively seeking new sales prospects through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media engagement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivering presentations on products and services, and creating pitches and proposals for successful lead conversions will be crucial aspects of your job. Furthermore, you will be expected to handle client queries related to projects, communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients, and foster strong relationships with prospects and current clients. To excel in this role, you should be goal-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have expertise in sales negotiation. Additionally, the ability to create company introductions and product/service demos, identify potential leads, and hold a Bachelor's degree are essential requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and experience with CRM/Salesforce tools are also desirable qualities for this position.
